Kearney, Mo., May 6, 2021: Every self-respecting Missourian knows that summer is the time to grow crops, which is why Kearney School District coaches are excited to grow the next crop of Bulldog athletes during their upcoming camps.
KSD is hosting youth camps this summer for volleyball, girls basketball, softball, baseball and football. Families can register their children today by visiting www.ksdr1.net/activities. More information is also available by clicking on the links in the listings below.
“Our goal is to provide a fun environment with a focus on sports-specific skill development,” KSD Activities Director Dave Schwarzenbach said. “We are looking forward to having a summer of fun and growth with our students!”
Per guidelines from the Clay County Public Health Center, face masks will be required for children who are inside and not active. Face masks can be removed while they are active. Masks will not be required for outdoor summer activities. These mitigation steps are subject to change pending any further guidance from the health center.
