Quick Questionnaire for Class of 2025 Grads

Graduates in black caps and gowns with purple sashes celebrate their commencement.
We’re gathering some important information about our recent graduates. Each year, Missouri’s Department of Elementary and Secondary Education asks school districts to report the post-secondary paths taken by our alumni. This helps us understand how well we’re preparing students for success after high school.

If you’re the parent/guardian, other family member or acquaintance of a Kearney High School Class of 2025 graduate, we’d really appreciate your help by making them aware that we would like them to complete the short questionnaire linked below. It only takes a couple of minutes, and their responses make a big difference in helping us keep our programs strong and aligned with student needs.

What's Cooking in KSD! (December 2025)

Our foodservice partners at SFE recently shared their December 2025 newsletter, highlighting the great meals, special events, and all the hard work their teams put in each day to support our students and staff. From festive cafeteria decorations to hands-on cooking experiences with our young chefs, it’s clear how much pride they take in serving KSD. Please join us in thanking our amazing kitchen teams across the district. They make such a positive difference in our schools every single day!

Online Safety Reminder for KSD Families

Last month, we shared an important reminder about online safety after a recent incident involving a KSD student on a gaming platform. It highlights resources in our KSD Online Safety Hub, tools available to families through Linewize and the Qustodio Parents App, and practical guidance for talking with children about staying safe online. Please take a moment to read the full post and explore these supports. They’re designed to help all of us work together to keep our students safe!

And last but not least...

Leadership

One of our core values as a school system is student focus. We will do everything in our power to support and guide each student, every day, no matter what. Often, that means letting students take us by the hand and lead us on the path they've chosen, providing them with the right guidance to avoid pitfalls and overcome challenges. That's the Bulldog way.
