Information needed for Enrollment to begin:
The following is necessary for enrollment and may be sent from the transferring school if necessary
Enrollment Forms include:
The Enrollment Center will request records from the student’s previous school. Records may include grades, test scores, attendance, discipline, health, immunization, A+ records, and special services, when applicable.
The District requires that certain records be in hand BEFORE the student starts school such as immunization, discipline, and special service records.
When the Enrollment Center has received the records, they will be sent to your child’s school. The staff at that school will then contact you.
**Students may not attend the same day they are enrolled.**
When you receive a call from your child’s school, you will need to set up a time to visit. During this visit, you may pay lunch money, receive bus information, turn in medications, complete any building specific forms, and visit with the school counselor for course information.
